Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Euro4 compliance changed the exhaust routing and the catalyst position on these machines, and both of those live under the frame. A plate cut for the earlier layout does not clear them. The two versions do not interchange — check which car you have before ordering.

Beyond the cut-outs the set does the same work as the standard one: aluminium alloy covering the engine case, gearbox and CVT housing along the frame, fixed to the regular attachment points.
