Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

Please follow the manufacturer’s rated load for your front/rear rack or tunnel. Internal volume is listed on the product page; distribute weight evenly and secure the load.

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

An aluminium underbody set for the single-seat CFMOTO CFORCE 450S, 520S and 500HO.

A 1-up machine is shorter than the touring version, which helps it over crests but does nothing for the parts hanging below the frame. The engine case, the gearbox and the CVT housing sit at the same height whatever the wheelbase, and on a mid-size ATV that height is not generous.

The set covers them in aluminium alloy, fixed to the frame’s regular attachment points. Nothing is drilled and nothing on the machine is modified.

It is the lightest set in the CFORCE range because it is covering the shortest machine — useful on an ATV where the payload is already limited.
