Shipping Policy

The following shipping policies apply to consumer orders and are not applicable to dealer orders.

We deliver to the United States of America (USA), Canada, Europe, Australia, South America, and other countries worldwide.

Orders are prepared and handed to the delivery service within 3 to 4 business days after order confirmation.

• USA: estimated delivery time is 13–20 days after order confirmation.
• Canada and Europe: estimated delivery time is 3–5 weeks after order confirmation.
• Australia: DHL delivery only.

The exact shipping cost for your destination is calculated in the shopping cart and at checkout. Our shipping price covers transport only. Depending on your country’s customs rules, import duties, VAT or other local charges may apply on arrival. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in the order total, and are paid by the recipient. You may receive a follow-up email with more information.

Payment Policy

You can pay by card online at checkout. Major debit and credit cards are accepted, and payment is processed securely by our payment provider — your card details are never stored on our site.

If you prefer not to pay online, submit your order and request an invoice instead. We will email an invoice with the available payment methods, including BNPL options where available, and it will confirm the payment and delivery details for your order.

Return and Return Policy

We select only the most rugged and durable products. We believe you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@atvbox.eu

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days.
• Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returned items must be in new and unused condition, without any cosmetic damage.
• Defective parts or parts sent to you by mistake will be exchanged or refunded in full.
• Some items may require a restocking fee.
