Shipping Policy
The following shipping policies apply to consumer orders and are not applicable to dealer orders.
We deliver to the United States of America (USA), Canada, Europe, Australia, South America, and other countries worldwide. International orders are fulfilled through the EMS-Post Courier service for all countries worldwide. United States orders will be delivery by the United States Postal Services (USPS).
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in St. Petersburg, Russia. Items are packaged and sent to the delivery service within 3 to 4 days of placing your order. Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
If you prefer, we also ship via DHL. When using DHL, delivery time is typically 1 to 2 weeks. Please review the calculated shipping cost to your location in the shipping cart.
Your order total will appear in the shopping cart when placing an order (dependent on the destination country). According to the customs regulations of some countries, import duties may be required. You may receive a follow up email with more information.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, bank cards, and Paypal for orders. We also accept European and American bank accounts (ACH payments) for companies or organizations. Return and Return Policy
We select only the most rugged and durable products. We believe you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at mail@atvbox.eu
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days.
- Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition, without any cosmetic damage.
- Defective parts or parts sent to you by mistake will be exchanged or refunded in full.
- Some items may require a restocking fee.
Order Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 5 business days after payment.
