Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use them in three groups.
Strictly necessary (always on):
• Your session and shopping cart, so items stay in the cart and checkout works.
• Your currency and your cookie choice (the atv_consent cookie), so we do not ask again on every page.
• Google reCAPTCHA, loaded only when you start filling in the contact or review form, to block spam.
• Stripe, our payment provider, when you pay by card. Card details go to Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
Analytics:
• Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages and products people use.
• Microsoft Clarity, to see how pages are used (clicks, scrolling) so we can fix what gets in the way.
Advertising and customer communication:
• Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure our ads and show them to people who visited our site.
• HubSpot and Freshsales, the tools we use to answer customer messages and keep track of conversations.
Visitors in Europe (EU, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland):
When you first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you click Accept. If you click Reject, they stay off; Google Analytics may still receive anonymous, cookieless signals without identifying you. Your choice is kept for 12 months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Visitors in other countries:
Analytics and advertising cookies are used by default. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google ads personalization on the Google Ad Settings page or with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Orders:
When you place an order, our server records the purchase in Google Analytics for sales reporting. It contains the order value and the products, not your name, address or payment details.
If you turn cookies off:
The cart and checkout need the strictly necessary cookies. If you block all cookies in your browser, you will not be able to place an order.
Third-party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it's release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Third-party links
We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.
Google
We do not show third-party advertising on our website.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages and products are viewed, how people move through the cart and checkout, and which countries and devices they come from. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies. We see this information only in aggregate; it does not tell us your name or contact details.
We may advertise our products on Google with Google Ads. When we do, Google Analytics data may be used to measure those ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing).
Your choices:
• Visitors in Europe decide in the cookie banner. Until you click Accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads do not set cookies (Google Consent Mode). You can change your choice with the Cookie settings link.
• Anyone can turn off Google ads personalization on the Google Ad Settings page (adssettings.google.com).
• Anyone can stop Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
California Online Privacy Protection Act
CalOPPA requires commercial websites that collect personal information from California residents to post a privacy policy that explains what is collected and with whom it is shared. This page is that policy.
According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:
• You can browse our site without creating an account or giving us your name.
• A link to this Privacy Policy, with the word "Privacy", is at the bottom of every page.
• We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by emailing mail@atvbox.eu.
How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?
Our site does not currently change its behavior when a browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) signal, because there is no common standard for responding to it. To limit tracking, you can block cookies in your browser, use the opt-out options in the Google section above, or, if you are in Europe, click Reject in the cookie banner.
Does our site allow third-party behavioral tracking?
Yes. The analytics and advertising services listed in the Cookies section above (Google, Meta, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot and Freshsales) may collect information about your visits over time. In Europe they run only after you click Accept.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
Do we let third-parties, including ad networks or plug-ins collect PII from children under 13?
Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:
We will notify you via email
• Within 7 business days
We will notify the users via in-site notification
• Within 7 business days
We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
