Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

The EURO4 version of the skid plate set for the small and mid-size CFMOTO CFORCE machines, in 4 mm aluminium alloy.

Euro4 emissions compliance changed things under these machines. The exhaust routing and the catalyst position are not the same as on the earlier cars, and a plate cut for the pre-Euro4 layout will foul them. This is not an optional distinction — the two versions do not interchange.

Check the machine before ordering. If it is a Euro4 car, this is the set; if not, the standard version is the one you need.

Everything else is as the standard set: 4 mm aluminium alloy, mounted on the frame’s regular points, protecting the engine case and drivetrain from what the wheels drive over.
