This 100-litre rear cargo box by Tesseract is shaped for one machine and no other: the CFMOTO CFORCE 850XC, X8 and X10 H.O. built up to 2023. It drops onto the factory luggage rack and uses the mounting holes already there, so nothing has to be drilled or cut.

One hundred litres is enough for two full-size helmets side by side, which is the measure most riders reach for when they want to know whether a box is worth the weight. Chainsaw, recovery gear, a change of clothes after a river crossing — the lid seals against a rubber gasket, so what goes in dry comes out dry.

The box weighs 9.5 kg empty and stays inside the width of the quad. It clears the passenger seat, and it will not catch branches on a narrow trail.

Use Cases

Hunters and anglers use it for gear that has to stay dry all day. Utility crews load hand tools, spare chain and fuel. On multi-day expeditions it carries the tent and sleeping bags, keeping the volume off the rider's back.

Because it locks, it also works for the ordinary case of leaving the quad at a trailhead or outside a shop while you walk away from it.

Compatibility

Fits the CFMOTO CFORCE 850XC, X8 and X10 H.O. produced up to 2023. It mounts to the standard rear luggage rack without modification.

It does not fit the 2024 and newer CFORCE 800 and 1000 EPS. CFMOTO changed the rack on those machines, and they take a different box — see the rear box for CFORCE 800/1000 EPS (2024+). If you are unsure which generation you have, check the rack bolt pattern before ordering.
