Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

Please follow the manufacturer’s rated load for your front/rear rack or tunnel. Internal volume is listed on the product page; distribute weight evenly and secure the load.

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

An equivalent of the branded MP 0304 water package for the earlier CFMOTO ZFORCE buggies — the same two modifications, sourced as an alternative to the CFMOTO-logo kit.

The package covers both halves of the problem. Radiator relocation takes the core out of the low front position where a buggy packs it with mud within a few hundred metres. Snorkels raise the engine intake and both CVT ducts above the water line.

On a side-by-side the CVT ducts are the ones worth paying for. The belt housing sits low, water reaches it early, and a soaked belt fails immediately — leaving the machine with no drive at the exact moment it needs to reverse out.

Fitting is permanent. The standard CVT ducts are cut and holes are made in the bodywork; this is not something to start on a Sunday afternoon without a plan.
