Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

Radiator Relocation Kit (Black) for CFMOTO X6 — Equivalent

An equivalent of the branded CFMOTO relocation kit for the X6 — the same modification to the machine, sourced as an alternative to the logo version.

What both do is move the radiator from the factory position low at the front up onto the front rack. That position is the whole problem: it puts the core directly in the path of everything the front wheels lift, and radiator fins are shaped to trap rather than shed it.

A packed core does not announce itself. The gauge moves once the damage is under way, usually on the climb at the end of the day when stopping is least convenient.

On the rack the core sits in clean air, stays in plain sight, and washes off with a hose in half a minute instead of needing the front of the machine taken apart.
