A kit that moves the radiator on the CFMOTO CFORCE 600 series from its factory position at the front of the machine up onto the front rack, clear of the mud line. The factory position is the problem. A radiator mounted low at the front sits directly in the path of everything the front wheels lift, and the fins are exactly the wrong shape for shedding it. They pack, airflow stops, and the machine overheats. The failure is rarely dramatic and almost always badly timed: not in the water, but on the climb out of it twenty minutes later, when there is no airflow left and nowhere to stop. A radiator connection kit is included, so the plumbing is covered. This is also the prerequisite for the snorkel kit — the matching snorkel set (MP 0516) mounts only on a machine with this relocation fitted. SKU: MP 0511 Mud riding, the case this exists for. A relocated radiator is the difference between finishing the ride and stopping every twenty minutes to hose out the front end. Water crossings, where the factory radiator is submerged and takes in silt that stays there once the water has gone. Slow working use with no ram air — a clear core matters more standing still than moving. Fits the CFMOTO CFORCE 600, 600S and 625 Touring. Pairs with the snorkel kit for the same machines, which requires this relocation kit to be fitted first. Other parts: front bumper, skid plate set.Radiator Relocation Kit for CFMOTO CFORCE 600 / 600S / 625 Touring
