Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

Please follow the manufacturer’s rated load for your front/rear rack or tunnel. Internal volume is listed on the product page; distribute weight evenly and secure the load.

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

Snorkel Kit (Black) for CFMOTO X8 H.O. / CFORCE 850 / 850XC / X10

A full snorkel kit for the large CFMOTO ATVs, raising all three intakes above the water line and supplied with everything needed to route them.

The three intakes are the engine, the CVT inlet and the CVT outlet. The CVT pair matter most. Water reaching the belt housing ruins the belt almost immediately, and a machine with no belt has no drive, no reverse and no way out of the water it just drowned in.

This kit installs only with radiator relocation kit MP 0367. It also includes a replaceable cover for that relocation kit and an adapter for the air filter box, so the two are engineered as one system rather than two purchases.

Installation involves cutting. The standard CVT inlet and outlet ducts are cut off, a 65–70 mm hole is made in the hood, and three 70 mm holes are cut in the dashboard. A step-by-step guide is supplied, but this is permanent work — plan it before you start.
