Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

Please follow the manufacturer’s rated load for your front/rear rack or tunnel. Internal volume is listed on the product page; distribute weight evenly and secure the load.

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

Wheel Spacers 4×110 — 2″

A pair of %s wheel spacers on the 4×110 bolt pattern, which covers most of the CFMOTO ATV and UTV range.

Spacers push the wheels outward, widening the track. A wider track lowers the effective centre of gravity relative to the wheelbase, which is why a spaced machine feels more planted in a corner and resists tipping on a side slope.

Two inches is the widest in the range and the one bought for a reason rather than for feel. It is the setting that clears oversized tyres from the bodywork and the one that makes the biggest difference on steep side slopes. It also puts the most leverage on the wheel bearings, so it belongs on a machine that is maintained rather than neglected.

They come with pressed studs rather than bolt-through fixings — the wheel mounts to the spacer exactly as it mounted to the hub, on studs and nuts, not on an adapter sandwich. Eight wheel nuts are supplied.

The line runs in three widths: 1″, 1.5″ and 2″. 1″ and 1.5″
