Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

Radiator relocation and snorkels for the CFMOTO ZFORCE 1000, supplied as one package.

The 1000 is the powerful end of the ZFORCE range, and power is heat. A litre-class engine worked hard in soft ground generates more of it than the cooling system has margin for once the radiator core starts filling — and the factory core sits low at the front, in the direct path of everything the wheels lift.

The relocation half lifts it clear. The snorkel half raises the engine intake and both CVT ducts above the water line, which is what makes deep crossings survivable rather than merely attempted.

The CVT pair is the part that decides the outcome. Water in the belt housing destroys the belt immediately; a ZFORCE with no belt is a ZFORCE that stays where it stopped.

Fitting is permanent — the standard CVT ducts are cut and holes are made in the bodywork. Plan the work before starting.
