Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

Fender Flares for CFMOTO ZFORCE 500HO / 800 Trail

Arch extenders for the Trail versions of the CFMOTO ZFORCE, in flexible, frost-resistant, impact-resistant plastic.

The Trail is the narrow ZFORCE, built to fit down forest tracks a full-width buggy cannot enter. Narrow is the whole point of the machine, and it is also why the cabin sits closer to the wheels than on anything else in the range.

Less distance between tyre and occupant means less room for anything thrown to lose energy. Extending the arch is the only way to intercept it at the source, which on a machine this compact is the only place it can be intercepted at all.

The flares clip on, drilled in place, and follow the arch closely enough that the machine keeps its narrow profile — important on a buggy chosen specifically for its width.
