Tesseract Door Panel Set for the CFMOTO ZFORCE 1000 Sport

An aluminium panel set that closes the lower part of the standard doors on the CFMOTO ZFORCE 1000 Sport. On a machine this quick, the open bottom of a factory door is where stones arrive — and they arrive with the speed of the buggy behind them.

The panels seal those openings with 3 mm aluminium alloy in black powder coating. Aluminium is the deliberate choice here: a plastic panel in the same position cracks on the strike that a metal one merely marks.

Four pieces make up the set — two lower panels and two corner inserts — and all of it bolts into the standard door locations. No drilling, and the doors go on working exactly as before.

Two-up riding, where the passenger's side of the opening is entirely unprotected and they have nothing to brace against.

Panels or Full Doors?

Two products solve this, and they are not interchangeable:

• This panel set retrofits to the doors already on the machine. Aluminium, four pieces, closes the lower openings.
• Full plastic doors for the 1000 Sport are a complete two-door set with stiffening ribs, covering the whole side opening.

If the factory doors are sound, panels are the lighter and cheaper route. If they are damaged, or you want the whole side closed, go to the full set.

Compatibility

Fits the CFMOTO ZFORCE 1000 Sport and the ZFORCE Z950, which share a door structure.

For the Z950, the same set is listed as the ZFORCE Z950 door panel set.
