Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

Fender Extensions for BRP Can-Am Outlander G1

Fender extensions for the first-generation Can-Am Outlander, in high-quality plastic matched to the G1 arch profile.

G1 machines are old enough now that the ones still working are the ones that were looked after — and old enough that replacement bodywork is getting difficult to find. That changes what an arch extension is for. On a G1 it is as much about protecting what is left of the original fender as about keeping the rider clean.

The extension sits over the vulnerable lower edge of the guard and takes the strikes the original would otherwise take.

It bolts on to the fender already there. Nothing is cut, and the part comes off again if the machine is restored.
