Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

Fender Extensions for BRP Can-Am Outlander G2

Fender extensions for the Can-Am Outlander G2 platform, in high-quality plastic cut to the generation’s own arch shape.

The G2 was a full redesign of the Outlander, and the bodywork changed with it — which is exactly why generic flares fail on this machine. An extension has to match the G2 arch specifically or it sits proud, catches, and eventually tears off.

These are shaped for it. They carry the guard further down over the tyre and further out past the body, so what the wheel lifts is contained instead of arriving on the rider.

Mounting is bolt-on to the existing fender, with nothing cut and all hardware supplied.
