The canister is not included and must be purchased separately.
Additionally, to install the canister on the trunk, you will need a separate mount for the canister.

Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

Please follow the manufacturer’s rated load for your front/rear rack or tunnel. Internal volume is listed on the product page; distribute weight evenly and secure the load.

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

An aluminium underbody set for the TGB Blade 1000 built before 2019.

The year restriction is not a formality. TGB revised the Blade platform, and a plate cut for the earlier frame does not locate on the later one. Check the build year before ordering — this set is for the pre-2019 machine.

What it protects is the drivetrain along the length of the frame: engine case, gearbox and CVT housing. On a litre-class ATV all three sit low and none of them is a cheap repair.

Aluminium alloy keeps the added weight modest, which matters on a machine that is already heavy and already close to the ground when loaded.
