BRP Cargo Box R 305 — Rear Box for Can-Am Outlander and Maverick X3

An 80-litre rear box developed for Can-Am machines and mounted with braces rather than a model-specific bracket. That is what gives it the widest fitment list in the range: most of the Outlander G2 family, the Maverick X3 variants, and the 450 and 570 as well.

Like every Tesseract box, it seals with a tubular gasket rather than a flat strip — here a D 10×12 profile. A hollow section compresses along its whole length, so the lid cannot find a gap to leak through, which is where cheaper boxes give up first.

Installation is quick: the braces clamp to the rear platform, no drilling and no special tools. Two metal locks with keys secure the lid. Empty weight is 9.1 kg.

For the riding itself, 80 litres carries the usual: waterproofs, a tool roll, recovery gear, food and water — dry, locked, and off the rider.
