Additionally, to install the canister on the trunk, you will need a separate mount for the canister.

Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

Please follow the manufacturer’s rated load for your front/rear rack or tunnel. Internal volume is listed on the product page; distribute weight evenly and secure the load.

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

Snowmobile Cargo Box GKA No 2 for BRP Ski-Doo

A cargo box in first-class high-density polyethylene that fits an unusually wide slice of the BRP Ski-Doo utility range — twenty-two model designations, from the Skandic and Tundra work machines to the Expedition and Yeti.

That coverage comes from the mounting. Instead of a model-specific bracket the box uses a universal adjustable U-form mounting set, which adapts to different tunnel widths rather than requiring one.

Weather sealing is by a rubber gasket around the lid, and the lid is held by two rubberised locks that will not freeze shut. Plastic reflectors are fitted on the sides and at the rear.

External size is 550 × 550 × 410 mm and the box weighs 5.65 kg.
