Is the canister included?

The canister is not included and must be purchased separately.
Additionally, to install the canister on the trunk, you will need a separate mount for the canister.
Gas cans are available as an optional purchase.

Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

Please follow the manufacturer’s rated load for your front/rear rack or tunnel. Internal volume is listed on the product page; distribute weight evenly and secure the load.

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

What are the warranty and returns terms?

GKA S 102 — Smart Series Front ATV Box, 66 Litres

The S 102 is the Smart series version of the F 102 — GKA's lightweight, budget line. Same 430 × 920 × 360 mm footprint, same 66 litres, but 4.71 kg against 6.45 — nearly two kilos lighter, and cheaper.

The savings come from the fittings. The lid is held by rubber locks rather than metal locks with keys, and visibility is handled by reflective film instead of moulded reflectors.

The sealing is unchanged: sealant rubber on the upper cover, keeping water out of the load. Mounting is the same universal adjustable U-bracket set that fits most front racks.

Use Cases

The front-box job at the lowest weight and cost: gloves, tow strap, tools and waterproofs within reach, dry and contained.

One thing to settle before ordering — a front box is the one people leave things in. If that includes documents or a phone while the quad is parked, the keyed F 102 is worth the extra.

Compatibility

Universal, through the adjustable U-form mounting set — the same fitment as the rest of the GKA range.

The F 102 is the same box with metal locks and keys. The F 101 is smaller at 51 litres but its lid folds down into a table.
