Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Front Cargo Box for Hisun Tactic 750

A 70-litre front box for the Hisun Tactic 750, mounted on the hood and kept inside the outline of the machine. Seventy litres on a front rack is generous, and it works because the box is long and low rather than tall.

Height was the constraint the design had to respect: the box neither covers the lights nor sits in the rider's line of sight. Its weight is modest enough that the balance of the quad is unaffected.

This one is fixed permanently with twelve blind rivets, not quick-release clamps — worth knowing before you order. The trade is rigidity: once riveted, the box does not shift, work loose or need re-tightening after rough ground.
