Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

Please follow the manufacturer’s rated load for your front/rear rack or tunnel. Internal volume is listed on the product page; distribute weight evenly and secure the load.

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

Fender extensions for the Polaris RZR 1000, in high-quality plastic shaped to the machine’s arch line.

The RZR is a sport side-by-side with a wide track, long suspension travel and an open cabin sitting right beside the front wheels. Every one of those three things works against you when the surface is loose.

The arch has to cover a wheel that is moving through a long arc, not one sitting still. Extensions cut for the RZR do that; a generic flare covers the static position and misses everything that happens when the suspension is working.

They bolt to the factory fender without cutting, and follow the RZR’s own body line so nothing sits proud to catch on brush.
