Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

Please follow the manufacturer’s rated load for your front/rear rack or tunnel. Internal volume is listed on the product page; distribute weight evenly and secure the load.

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

What are the warranty and returns terms?

Rear Cargo Box for CFMOTO CForce 550, X5 and X6 H.O.

A 105-litre rear box made for the CFMOTO CForce 550, X5 and X6 H.O. and for no other machine. It sits on the standard luggage rack, stays inside the width of the quad and leaves the passenger their space.

One hundred and five litres takes two full-size helmets with room to spare. The lid closes onto rubber sealing, which is what keeps humidity, dirt and dust out when the riding gets rough.

Mounting is four quick-release fasteners into the holes already in the rack. Nothing is drilled, and the box lifts off by hand when the rack is needed bare. Empty weight is 9.3 kg.

With canisters on the lid, the CForce covers routes where fuel stops are far apart without anything strapped to the outside.

Compatibility

Made for the CFMOTO CForce 550, X5 and X6 H.O. It mounts to the standard rear luggage rack without modification.

Other CForce generations use different rack geometry. The 450 / 520 / X4 / 600 box covers the earlier machines and the 600 / 625 box covers 2020 and newer.
