Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

That is the case for a bumper. It is not protecting a new machine’s appearance; it is preventing the one failure that takes an old ATV off the road for good, which is a holed radiator on a machine nobody wants to spend money on.
