Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

Fender Flares for CFMOTO CFORCE 600 / 600S / 625 Touring

Arch extenders for the CFMOTO CFORCE 600 series, moulded from flexible, frost-resistant, impact-resistant plastic. The flexibility is the point: a rigid flare cracks on the first strike, while this one deflects and returns.

They repeat the arch of the machine exactly, so once fitted they read as part of the bodywork rather than as something bolted on. Mounting is on clips, drilled in place.

On a 625 Touring the passenger is the reason to fit them. Sitting behind the rider, they take everything the rear wheels lift and have no handlebars to hide behind. Flares are the cheapest fix for the most common complaint about two-up ATV riding.

Frost resistance matters on a part that lives at the bottom of the machine: the plastic stays flexible in cold instead of going brittle, which is when arch extenders normally break.
