POLARIS SPORTSMAN TOURING XP 1000 Rear Box - 112L Graphite Storage

The Tesseract box has served me well. It's mounted to my Polaris XP1000 Touring Quad. When I initially started looking for a box I had one thing in my mind. I wanted a box that wouldn't compromise the original structure of the quad as many other companies require when they constructed a box for the touring models. Because it's a touring quad it has grab handles for the passenger to hang onto when going through the trails. Most other manufacturers required the removal of the grab bars to mount their product. This was not an option for me and with the Tesseract I did not have to do this and that was a go factor in my decision in the purchase. Although this product wasn't offered in any store in North America, I had to online purchase it from Germany/Russia. I thought it was going to be difficult but it was actually pretty easy and arrived with no complications, except for the fact the box it was packaged in took a beating but once opened, there were no issues with the product. I have it mounted and use it extensively. I have also attached the fuel canisters to the box for when I go on a long runs. It has served me well and has stood up to the punishments I have instilled upon it. The only thing I have had an issue with is the quick release setup. With going through the rough terrain I do go through, I do find the quick release setup to loosens off at times. I'm not slighting it at all, given the the terrain of twists and bumps I put it through, but for me I'm looking at permanent securement, because reality is that it will never comes off. That's what I want, might not be for you but it's good for me. All in all I am very happy with the product that stands out from other manufacturers.

I’ve had the box for about a year in a half
Over a 1000 miles on it. I am so happy with the box it is everything I wanted . Best product out there it’s got the perfect amount of flex I have rubbed it on many trees with minimal scratches. Yes it’s pretty expensive but well worth every penny.

Shortly after purchasing our Sportsman 1k touring, we knew we wanted a larger storage box for longer outings than what Polaris offered. After a lot of looking and procrastination we settled on this one. Couldn't be happier. Never leaked, minimal dust intrusion, took some tree scrubs pretty well and still looks great after 6 years and 2k miles. We ride a bit of technical 50" trail so it has bounced off a tree here and there. It is as wide as the machine. Fit and finish are great and it is quite durable. I do wish the backside of the box was more ridged when the lid was up and open though and a little better fit on the latches would be appreciated. Latches loosened up after a year or so. Very happy with it overall and would purchase again.

After buying our 2020 Polaris 850 Sportsman Touring, we knew we wanted a box, long searches and the only one we found was this, it fit perfect, held lots, didn’t impede my wife on the second seat, never leaked water, however dust could still get in. We sold the quad after 5yrs and box still looked new. Great product that held up fantastic

Bought mine in 2020 for Polaris XP 1000 Sportsman. Still works great. Couldn’t imagine my machine without it.
