Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

Radiator Relocation Kit for the Hisun Tactic 1000

A kit that moves the radiator on the Hisun Tactic 1000 out of the mud line. In the factory position the radiator sits low at the front, which is precisely where mud, silt and debris pack into the fins.

A packed radiator does not fail immediately. It fails on the long climb at the end of a hard day, when there is no airflow left and the temperature gauge starts climbing with nowhere to stop.

The kit is built from 3 mm aluminium with black powder coating — light where it matters, since a relocation moves the radiator’s weight away from where the factory put it. A stainless steel mesh protects the core from stone strikes without choking the airflow the relocation was meant to restore.

Everything needed to connect the radiator is in the kit. Weight is 6 kg.
