A 145-litre rear box for the Polaris Sportsman 450 and 570, and the largest in the range for these machines. It was drawn to the luggage rack, so it neither reaches past the sides of the quad nor crowds the rider. It comes with a soft backrest fitted to the front wall. That changes what the quad is for: a passenger has something to lean against on a long ride, which most cargo boxes leave you to solve with an aftermarket pad or not at all. Fitting takes about half a minute — four fasteners into the designated holes, tightened finger tight, no tools. Metal keyed locks hold the lid, and a gasket between lid and base keeps grime, dust and water out in challenging conditions. SKU: 010_103 The backrest makes this the box for two-up riding. A passenger on a Sportsman normally has nothing to brace against; with this fitted they can sit properly for hours instead of holding on. On its own, 145 litres covers camping kit for two, or a full set of work tools with room for waterproofs and food — dry, locked, and off the rack. Made for the Polaris Sportsman 450 and Sportsman 570. It mounts to the standard rear luggage rack with no modification.
