Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

20-Litre Fuel Can for Polaris RZR PRO XP

A 20-litre canister made to go with the Tesseract box on the Polaris RZR PRO XP. It is the companion piece to that box rather than a generic container, which is why it sits properly instead of being strapped down and hoped for.

Twenty litres is what extreme riding actually needs. A PRO XP driven hard empties its tank fast, and a full second tank on board is the difference between a day out and a day cut short.

It fits with the Basic-Lock fastener, supplied in the kit, and — the detail that matters day to day — it does not obstruct the trunk lid. The box opens normally with the can mounted.
