Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

How much weight can I carry?

What materials is it made of? Will it handle low temperatures?

Boxes and canisters are typically made of high-strength, UV- and frost-resistant polyethylene (model-dependent). Hardware is galvanized or stainless steel. Operating range suits most climates; avoid open-flame heat sources and harsh solvents.

Can I use this together with a passenger seat or backrest?

Most rear solutions are designed to stay within vehicle dimensions and not interfere with a passenger. Always check product photos and dimensions; on some models repositioning of handholds/backrests may be required.

The rear double cargo box for BRP Can-Am Maverick R is designed specifically for the 2024+ Maverick R platform. The set includes two separate cargo boxes that fit into the rear cargo area and divide it into two practical storage sections.

This double cargo box system is compatible with the original Can-Am spare tire carrier, allowing you to keep the factory lifting spare wheel platform while adding secure and protected storage space to your Maverick R.

During development, all key features of the vehicle were taken into account. The boxes fit neatly into the cargo space, do not extend beyond the buggy dimensions, and help increase the usable cargo capacity for tools, recovery gear, riding equipment, and personal items.

The cargo boxes are supplied with quick-release fasteners that install into the factory mounting points on the cargo platform. Installation takes approximately 1 minute, making the system convenient for both daily use and off-road trips.

Durable metal locks with keys help protect your belongings. Rubber seals around the lids protect the contents from moisture, dust, mud, and dirt, even in harsh riding conditions.

The reinforced geometry is not only a design feature but also improves the strength of the boxes without unnecessary extra weight. Integrated stiffening ribs add rigidity and durability for off-road use.

With a total volume of 110 liters, including a 90-liter main box and a 20-liter side box, this set gives you enough storage capacity to carry the essentials on your ride.
