Do I need tools or drilling to install?

Most items mount to factory points using the included hardware and basic hand tools. Drilling is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Is it weather-resistant / waterproof?

Products are designed to be weather-resistant for normal riding conditions. Lids use perimeter seals (where applicable) to help protect contents from rain, snow and dust. Not intended for submersion or pressure-washer jets directed at the seals.

Rear damage on a buggy almost never happens at speed. It happens reversing out of a tight spot, backing off an obstacle you could not clear, or being nudged in a car park — slow, low-attention moments where the rear bodywork is the first thing to meet something solid.

A steel tube frame takes those contacts and shrugs. Rear panels on a UTV are expensive and slow to source, and the bumper costs a fraction of one.

It also becomes a mounting base: the spare wheel holder for this machine fixes to the rear bumper, so fitting one opens up the option of carrying a spare.
